Terms & Conditions — 666c Platform

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", "your") and 666c ("Platform", "we", "us", "our") in respect of your use of the 666c online betting and live casino information platform accessible at https://666c.cam (the "Site").

666c is an online betting and live casino information platform designed for Pakistani users. The platform covers sports betting, cricket markets, live casino games, slots and responsible gambling guidance — all presented in clear English with local Pakistani context. 666c is not licensed, approved or endorsed by the Government of Pakistan, the Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA), the State Bank of Pakistan, any provincial authority or any Pakistani financial institution.

These Terms should be read alongside our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, both of which are incorporated by reference and form part of this Agreement.

For the purposes of this Agreement, the following terms shall have the meanings ascribed to them below:

By accessing or using the Platform in any capacity — including browsing, registering an account, depositing funds or placing a bet — you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform.

Your continued use of the Platform following any amendment to these Terms (see Clause 16) constitutes your acceptance of the revised Agreement. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

• Accessing or browsing the Site constitutes implied acceptance of these Terms.
• Account registration constitutes explicit contractual acceptance.
• Placing any bet or making any deposit confirms ongoing acceptance.
• Users who do not accept these Terms must not register, deposit or bet on the Platform.

Use of the Platform is strictly restricted to eligible individuals. You represent and warrant that you meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on each subsequent occasion that you access the Platform:

• Funded by own means: All funds deposited are from legitimate sources and are your own personal funds — not proceeds of criminal activity.

666c reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any time, including government-issued photo identification, proof of address and source-of-funds documentation. Failure to provide satisfactory verification may result in account suspension or closure.

To access betting and gaming features on 666c, you must complete the registration process by providing accurate, current and complete information as requested. You agree to keep your account information up to date at all times.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. 666c will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.

• Registration requires accurate personal details including full name, date of birth, residential address and valid email address.
• One account per person, device and household is permitted. Duplicate accounts may be closed without notice and balances forfeited.
• You must notify 666c immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
• Know-Your-Customer (KYC) verification may be required before withdrawals or at any point at 666c's discretion.
• Providing false, misleading or fraudulent registration information is grounds for immediate account termination and forfeiture of funds.

Subject to your compliance with this Agreement, 666c grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not include any right to:

• Reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from or commercially exploit any Platform content.
• Use automated tools, bots, scrapers or scripts to access, extract or interact with the Platform.
• Circumvent, reverse-engineer or tamper with any security, authentication or technical protection measure.
• Access the Platform through a VPN or proxy for the purpose of circumventing geographic restrictions.
• Sub-license, sell or otherwise transfer your account or any rights granted under this Agreement.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While 666c takes reasonable steps to maintain uptime and service continuity, we do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free or fully secure at all times. Scheduled maintenance, force majeure events and third-party infrastructure failures may affect availability.

All bets placed through 666c are subject to the specific rules applicable to the market, sport or casino game in question. General betting rules include the following:

• A bet is accepted and binding only when confirmed by the Platform and a reference number is issued.
• Odds are subject to change up to the point of bet acceptance. The odds displayed at confirmation are the odds that apply.
• Cricket markets — including PSL, ICC tournaments and bilateral series — are settled in accordance with official match results as declared by the relevant governing body (PCB, ICC).
• In the event of an abandoned, suspended or voided event, bets will be settled according to the applicable sport-specific rules.
• Live (in-play) betting odds reflect real-time match conditions. Connection interruptions during in-play betting are the user's responsibility.
• 666c reserves the right to void any bet placed as a result of a manifest pricing error, technical fault or system error.
• Bets placed after an event result is known (late bets) will be voided regardless of the displayed odds.

For casino games including live baccarat, blackjack, roulette and slots, game-specific rules are displayed within each game interface. RNG (Random Number Generator) game outcomes are determined by certified random number generation processes and are not subject to operator manipulation.

666c processes deposits and withdrawals in PKR (Pakistani Rupees) where supported by the applicable operator infrastructure. All account balances are displayed in PKR by default. The following conditions apply to all financial transactions:

• Minimum deposit and withdrawal thresholds are displayed in the Account > Cashier section and are subject to change.
• Deposits are credited to your account promptly upon confirmed receipt, subject to payment provider processing times.
• Withdrawal requests are processed within the timeframe displayed at the point of request, subject to KYC verification being complete.
• Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit wherever technically possible.
• 666c does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. Funds must originate from an account registered in your own name.
• Chargebacks, disputed transactions and fraudulent payment activity will result in immediate account suspension and may be referred to relevant authorities.

From time to time, 666c may offer bonuses, free bets, free spins or other promotional incentives to eligible users. All promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions which will be clearly stated at the point of offer. General bonus conditions include:

• All bonuses carry a wagering requirement that must be met before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated in each promotion's specific terms.
• Bonuses are valid for the period stated in the promotion. Expired, unused bonus credits will be removed from your account without notice.
• Welcome bonuses and first-deposit offers are available to new accounts only and may be claimed once per user, household, device and IP address.
• 666c reserves the right to amend, suspend or withdraw any promotion at any time, including where abuse or fraudulent claiming is detected.
• Bonus abuse — including coordinated staking patterns, arbitrage betting or exploitation of pricing errors to meet wagering requirements — will result in bonus forfeiture and may lead to account closure.

666c is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices. We provide a suite of tools to help users manage their gambling activity. These tools are available directly from your account dashboard and take effect immediately upon activation:

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly caps on the amount you can deposit.
• Loss limits: Automatically restrict your account once a defined loss threshold is reached within a set period.
• Session reminders: Receive notifications after a defined period of continuous play.
• Cool-off period: Temporarily suspend your account for a period you specify — from 24 hours to 30 days.
• Self-exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely suspend your account. Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Platform. Any User found to have engaged in prohibited conduct may have their account suspended or permanently closed, funds withheld or forfeited, and the matter referred to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Providing false identity, age or address information during registration or verification.
• Using the Platform for money laundering, terrorist financing or any other unlawful financial activity.
• Attempting to access another user's account or manipulate account balances through any means.
• Colluding with other users during poker, live casino or any multi-player game.
• Using software tools, artificial intelligence, bots or automated systems to gain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in match-fixing, spot-fixing or placing bets based on insider information in breach of applicable sporting integrity rules.
• Harassment, threatening behaviour or abusive communications directed at Platform staff or other users.

All content on the Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, data compilations, software and the overall design and layout — is the property of 666c or its content licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive licence to view and use Platform content solely for your personal, non-commercial use in connection with the Services. No content may be reproduced, republished, uploaded, posted, transmitted or distributed in any form without the prior written consent of 666c.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 666c and its officers, directors, employees, affiliates and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds resulting from gambling outcomes, whether due to skill, chance or system error.
• Service interruption, downtime, data loss or technical errors affecting bet placement or settlement.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.
• Any reliance on information, odds or content displayed on the Platform that proves inaccurate.

Nothing in this Agreement excludes liability for fraud, gross negligence or any other liability that cannot be excluded under mandatory applicable law. Where liability cannot be fully excluded, it is limited to the total value of funds held in your account at the time the relevant claim arises.

Either party may terminate this Agreement at any time. You may close your account by contacting 666c support, subject to the settlement of any pending bets and completion of any withdrawal requests in progress.

666c reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account, with or without notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of this Agreement.
• Failure to pass KYC verification or provision of fraudulent documentation.
• Engagement in any prohibited conduct as described in Clause 11.
• A legal or regulatory obligation requiring the Platform to restrict or terminate access.
• Extended account inactivity in accordance with the Platform's dormant account policy.

Upon termination for cause, 666c reserves the right to withhold funds where there is a reasonable basis to suspect fraud, money laundering or material breach of these Terms, pending investigation.

This Agreement and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 666c holds its operating licence. The applicable governing jurisdiction is stated in the operator's licensing documentation.

Users accessing the Platform from Pakistan acknowledge that Pakistani gambling law — including the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977 — may apply concurrently with the operator's governing jurisdiction. 666c does not represent that use of the Platform is lawful in Pakistan or in any other jurisdiction in which gambling is restricted. Users accept sole responsibility for compliance with their local laws.

666c reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Where a material change is made, 666c will take reasonable steps to notify registered users — for example, by posting a notice on the Platform or sending a notification to the email address associated with your account.

The revised Terms will be effective from the date indicated in the "Effective Date" header. Your continued use of the Platform after that date constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must close your account and cease using the Platform.
